Building W-16 McGuireWoods Gallery, Workhouse Arts Center

An unrestrained gallery exhibit by the 100 Artists at the Workhouse exhibiting multiple works-of-art each work priced less than $200.  100 under 200 is unapologetically raw and organic, with art strait from the artist’s studio to the gallery wall.  Work will include fiber art, paintings, glass art, wood, jewelry, photography and ceramics.  All artists are local to the Northern Virginia area, juried into the Workhouse Artists Program.

Free flowing and ever changing; the exhibit will have new art on view each week as objects are purchased and removed.  Visit and bring a work-of-art home the same day – add to your home or find the perfect unique gift everyone will remember at an easy to love price.

Black Friday – Nov 29, 2013.   9am – 7pm.   A local alternative to the dreaded national shopping day, including more than 100 artists, 65 studios, 9 galleries and events throughout the day.

Brett John Johnson, Workhouse Director of Visual Arts

“100 under 200 is an experiment, giving the gallery over to 100 artists with one rule; the art has to be priced at less than $200.”
