Bonefish Grill Partners with the Arc of Greater Prince William for a Grand Opening Charity Night in Potomac Mills

Bonefish Grill logoWOODBRIDGE, VA (October 16, 2013)  Bonefish Grill is partnering with The Arc of Greater Prince William as part of its Grand Opening festivities on Saturday, November 9, from 6 – 8:30 p.m. with a special, sold-out Charity Night to benefit the organization. Supporters will enjoy fresh seafood, refreshing cocktails, and spectacular ambiance and music; all for a great cause at the restaurant’s newest location at 2680 Prince William Parkway in Woodbridge, Va.

“We cannot wait to open our doors to The Arc of Greater Prince William’s supporters,” said Anna Bennett, managing partner of the new Bonefish Grill location, which will open its doors to the public on Monday, November 11 at 11 a.m. “This event has sold out in record time, and we appreciate all the support from The Arc community. This partnership is a first step toward building a foundation of goodwill and fostering local relationships, which we look forward to continuing long after we open our doors.”

Guests will be able to sample all of the culinary delights that are found at Bonefish Grill including Bonefish Grill’s house specialty Bang Bang Shrimp, Ahi Tuna Sashimi, PEI Mussels Josephine and “American Style” Kobe Beef Burgers. Libations will include specialty martinis and cocktails, and samplings from the restaurant’s adventurous wine list. The polished-casual seafood restaurant appeals to those who crave high quality cuisine at a good value in a comfortable, lively atmosphere.

The Potomac Mills restaurant features a spacious dining room with a big city bar feel, well known for its community tables and lively music. The interior’s sleek design features an attractive array of three-dimensional art, ranging from large-scale metal sculptures of mangroves and fishing scenes to a large mystical fish rubbing, which enhance the ambience felt throughout the restaurant.

Lunch will be introduced in the Potomac Mills restaurant, and will be offered from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday featuring mix and match combinations staring at $6.90. Other options will include favorites like the Cilantro-Lime Salad and the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos.

Dinner is served seven days a week:  Monday through Thursday from 4 – 10 p.m., Friday from 4 – 11 p.m., Saturday from 2 – 11 p.m., and 2 – 9 p.m. on Sunday.

Brunch is offered from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Sunday and features traditional breakfast favorites like the classic eggs benedict, and other new menu items, including three new benedicts: the Surf and Turf, Huevos Benedictos with crispy corn tortillas and chorizo, and Spinach and Mushroom.

Now available in Potomac Mills, guests can conveniently make a reservation through Bonefish Grill’s new online reservation system.
