‘Dracula’

Contributed by Prince William Little Theatre

prine william little theatrePrince William Little Theatre (PWLT) brings its 28th season to life with the
classic tale of horror: ‘Dracula’.

“I want your fear. For your fear, like a current, rushes through your body. Your fear makes your heart pound, it renders your veins rich and full. Your fear hemorrhages deliciously within you.” This new adaptation restores the suspense and seduction of Bram Stoker’s classic novel to the stage. As Count Dracula begins to exert his will upon the residents of London, they try to piece together the clues of his appearances-in a valiant attempt to save themselves from a hideous fate. Rich with both humor and horror, this play paints a wickedly theatrical picture of Stoker’s famous vampire.

The show is directed by Zina Bleck, produced by Dave Warner and features local actors Rodrigo Pool, Will MacLeod, Zacharius Fletcher, Michael King, Terry Mason, Tonya Duncan, Becky Farris, Valerie Chamness, Erin Mattingly, Flo Armstrong, Holly Tupper and Caroline Simpson.

This gothic tale will be performed in the Gregory Family Theatre at the Hylton Performing Arts Center at the GMU campus in Manassas on October 25, 26, and November 1 and 2 at 8 PM (Fridays and Saturdays) and Sundays October 27 and November 3 at 2 PM. Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for students, seniors and groups of 10 or more. Ticket information can be found athttp://www.pwlt.org/ and http://www.hyltoncenter.org/.
