Public is Invited to Attend the Next Potomac Communities Design Guidelines Workshop

Prince William County SealPRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA . . .  The Planning Office will host a second workshop for the Potomac Communities Guidelines Study on Thursday, Oct. 17, 2013 at 7 p.m. The location is the Harbor View Events Center, 13200 Marina Way in Woodbridge.

The purpose of this second workshop is to get feedback from the community in identifying preferences for the ‘look and feel’ for future development along Route 1. Participants will discuss the arrangement and character of new buildings, as well as the quality of the spaces in-between.  Photographs, diagrams and design examples will be presented to help participants imagine the future of the corridor.  The workshop will offer the public an opportunity to offer comments and recommendations.
