Soroptimist of Manassas and Woodbridge present:
On Saturday, February 1 at the Prince William County School Kelly Leadership Center, Soroptimist Clubs of Manassas and Woodbridge will present a free public screening of Not My Life, the internationally acclaimed documentary film that depicts the horrifying and dangerous practices of human trafficking and modern slavery on a global, national, and local scale. The film is by Robert Bilheimer, and narrated by Glenn Close, both Academy Award nominees.
The showing will take place at 12 noon followed by a panel discussion and open forum with several of the top professionals in the fight to stop slavery including Immigrants First an immigration and human rights law firm, Youth for Tomorrows Girls on a Journey a safe haven and place of restoration and renewal for sex trafficked and abused girls , ACTS SAVAS a sexual assault crisis center serving PWC and cities of Manassas and Manassas Park,
