Contributed by the School Board of the City of Manassas

The School Board of the City of Manassas is seeking public input on several options for school start and release times in preparation for the opening of the new Baldwin Elementary / Baldwin Intermediate School in the fall of 2016. Four possible options were shared with the School Board during its March 25, 2014 meeting. The public is invited to review the options and provide feedback to the Board for consideration.

The following School Board meetings will provide opportunities for public comment. Parents, students, staff members and citizens are encouraged to attend the Public Input meeting.  Feedback or suggestions may also be submitted to the School Board via email at [email protected]. Each meeting will be held at City Hall (9027 Center Street, Manassas, VA) at 7:00 pm.

  • April 8, 2014 – Public Input
  • April 22, 2014 – Additional feedback will be accepted during Citizen’s Comments. The Board will vote on the proposed options during the meeting.
