The Prince William County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta (PWCAC-DST) Sorority, Incorporated will host their Fifth Annual Crab Feast Fundraiser on Saturday, August 19 from 3:00 to 8:00 p. m. at the VFW Post #1503, 14631 Minnieville Road, Woodbridge. The price is $65 and includes all you can eat crabs and a bountiful buffet with fried flounder, Wing Dings, corn-on-the-cob, Red Bliss potatoes, baked beans, Cole slaw, green salad, dinner rolls and corn bread.
All the proceeds from this event will go to the Chapter’s scholarship and public service fund. This year the chapter awarded five $2,000 scholarships to Prince William County high school seniors and with your support we will be able to continue this effort. PWCAC-DST members are proud to provide 30+ years of public service to the Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park. PWCAC-DST may best be known in the community for its Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Oratorical Contest held on Dr. King’s holiday each year at the Hylton Memorial Chapel in Woodbridge, its annual Senior Citizens luncheon, middle and high school mentoring programs, and numerous programs and public service activities in the community throughout the entire year.
