Strategic Management Partners announced today that Lisa McFarren-Polgar of Starling Benefits will provide a robust overview of Medicare, all of its parts and key timing elements at Navigating the Caregiving Journey, a conference to empower family caregivers with resources and knowledge. She will discuss when Medicare pays for skilled nursing and when it does not, key times of the year to switch from one plan to another, what the difference is between Medicare Advantage and Original Medicare, and the financial penalties of delaying some key decisions. “The information will empower you to get the best insurance coverage for your situation and budget,” said conference organizer Barbara French.
