Provided by Old Bridge Chamber Orchestra
Old Bridge Chamber Orchestra (“OBCO”) invites local vocalists to join the OBCO Messiah Choir. Under the baton of Maestro David Kirven, OBCO provides the community with the opportunity to sing along to the Choruses of the Christmas portion of Handel’s Messiah. On stage with the orchestra, the OBCO Messiah Choir will lead the audience during Choruses like “For unto Us a Child Is Born”, “Glory to God”, and, of course, “Hallelujah.”
“If you ever have dreamed of singing Messiah with a live orchestra, this is your moment!” says OBCO Board President and Concertmistress Sheyna Burt. “Vocalists of all ages and abilities are invited and encouraged to participate.”
