Special Fathers Day Brunch at National Museum of the Marine Corps

Tun Tavern restaurant at the National Museum of the Marine Corps will host a special brunch for Father’s Day, Sunday, June 17, starting at 10:00 a. m. Throughout the day, Museum visitors can participate in a variety of activities focused on robotics – simple robots, robotics in the Marine Corps and robotic-themed projects.

The restaurant is modeled after the original Tun Tavern, a tavern on the docks in Philadelphia, and is regarded as the site where the United States Marine Corps held its first recruitment drive during the American Revolution. The Museum’s restaurant offers fathers and their families a unique experience on Sunday, June 17. Enjoy museum-wide discounts at the Medal of Honor Theater and at the Museum Store.
