Lake Ridge Chorale Fall Activities

Provided by Lake Ridge Chorale

Lake Ridge Chorale’s fall activities are in full swing – rehearsals, commitment to community service, and fundraising.

We are rehearsing for our 2018-2019 season of choral music. Additionally, we continue to support three local charities: ACTS (Action in the Community Through Service), HUGS (Help Us Grow Strong), and the Kara Foundation. All donations collected at our free concerts are distributed equally between these three organizations.

In order to cover our operating costs, fundraising is necessary so that we can continue to provide our concert funds entirely to the charities. As in years past, we are selling White House Christmas ornaments for our fall fundraiser.

Since 1981, the White House Historical Association has created an annual ornament reflecting the history of different Presidents. The 2018 ornament honors the 33rd President of the United States, Harry S. Truman. Contact [email protected] or call 703-878-1889 for more information.

Our annual Christmas concert will be held on Friday, Dec. 7 at 8:00 p. m. at Old Bridge Methodist Church.
