Next Thursday, Jan. 31, the Prince William Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its 2019 General Assembly Day.

The day will start at 3:00 p. m. with a guided tour of the Historic Virginia State Capitol Building.

Following the Tour, our group has reserved the House Subcommittee Room from 4:30-5:00 p. m. for a “Group Meeting” where we will hear from the Senate Majority Leader, Tommy Norment, on his thoughts how this General Assembly Session is progressing. We are also confirming another VIP guest speaker.

Following the Group Meeting, there will be an hour where you can meet with our legislators, potentially sit in on one of the many committee meetings taking place, or just relax before the Reception/Dinner.

Starting at 6:00 p. m. we will be hosting our Annual General Assembly Day Reception/Dinner with the Prince William Board of County Supervisors and members of our General Assembly Delegation at the Omni Hotel (100 S. 12th Street, Richmond).

The Cocktail Reception begins at 6:00 p. m. (one drink ticket per person, cash bar after) with a plated dinner starting around 7:00 p. m.

You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from Richmond.

You are not required to attend all the events, but know that you will enjoy the experience of this truly premier event and hope that you can join us!

YOUR RSVP IS REQUIRED BY MONDAY MORNING, JAN. 28. To register for the event, click HERE.
