A Perfect Score for an Advanced Placement Scholar

Fatima Dyfan

A member of the Woodbridge High School class of 2017, Fatima Dyfan continues to add to her long list of accomplishments. Dyfan achieved a perfect score on the Advanced Placement Research Exam in May of 2017, making her one of 176 students in the entire world to achieve this score.

As a student at Woodbridge, she focused her studies through the Center for Performing Arts and the Advanced Placement Scholars program. The Advanced Placement Scholars specialty program is a rigorous academic program. Students take college level courses that culminate in a senior research project.

Dyfan is a freshman at Georgetown University. She is continuing her education there with a double major in political science and theatre, and continues toward her goal of a career in law or government.
