Concept One, IncFriendswood, TX- Deborah Tompkins Johnson recently attended the 2013 International Christian Retail Show (ICRS) held in St. Louis, MO to launch the release of her new book, How Did They Do That?

ICRS brings retailers, authors, and publishers from around the globe together once a year to network and release new product to the trade. Deborah Tompkins Johnson attended the show as a first-time author, releasing her book officially to the trade through Carpenter’s Son Publishing.

Tompkins-Johnson held a successful book signing, meeting retailers from around the world. In How Did They Do That? – Career Highlights, Triumphs, and Challenges Tompkins-Johnson asks a diverse group of people – some, famous; some, not – the secrets of their success. Born with no silver-spoon advantage, they all relied upon hard work, faith and unwavering determination to achieve their career goals.

“I was thrilled to meet so many retailers,” says Tompkins-Johnson, “and share about how my new book can be an encouragement to those facing a career change.” “I especially wish to reach young people just embarking on their journey. These powerful stories can be instrumental in guiding them toward their own personal success story.”

How Did They Do That? is an uplifting source of wisdom, hope and inspiration. The book is available at www.amazon.com and www.barnesandnoble.com, among other online sites.
