B&B Theatres, the nation’s largest privately-held theater chain, and Norton Scott LLC, a McLean-based developer, have reached an agreement bring a luxury 8-screen cinema to Manassas Park in collaboration with the City of Manassas Park. This new theater facility will be B&B’s second theater in Virginia and will serve as the anchor tenant in a four-year, public private partnership to redevelop downtown Manassas Park into a vibrant suburban destination. B&B facilities are considered best-in-class and its exclusive amenities will be unmatched by any cinema in the region.

In addition to an 8-screen cinema, B&B’s facility will include Sterling’s, a full-service restaurant sharing the theater footprint and servicing both guests and the general public.
