Bedrock will offer a teen yoga session on Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00 p. m. beginning November 30 and ending December 21.
This session is geared to teens age 13-15 and will introduce the foundation poses of a beginning practice, along with breathing techniques. No experience is necessary.
