Bedrock YOGA will offer Holiday Restorative Classes on Dec. 26 and 27 and a New Year’s Restore and Reset Class on Jan. 1. The classes will be held at bedrock YOGA, 9415 Main St., Manassas.
The Holiday Restorative Classes are a perfect way to gently ease the stress of the holiday season. Give yourself the gift of a gentle, deeply relaxing practice which includes supported poses aimed at restoring tired, stressed bodies and minds. Breathing techniques and guided meditation will also be included in this practice. No experience necessary.
Sheryl Bass, RYT 200, will lead the Restorative Class on Tuesday, Dec. 26 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Carole Keily, RYT 200, will lead the Restorative Class on Wednesday, Dec. 27 from 7:00-8:30 p.m.
Sheryl will also teach a Family Yoga Class on Wednesday, Dec. 27 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. This class is a lovely way to introduce Yoga to your family and spark a practice you can enjoy together at home as well. The cost for one adult and one child for $20, and an additional child from the same family can join for just $10.
The New Year’s Restore and Reset class is a delicious, productive way to begin the New Year with a gentle, deeply relaxing practice which includes supported poses aimed at restoring tired, stressed bodies and minds. Breathing techniques and guided meditation will also be included in this practice. Students will also have an opportunity to set intentions for the New Year. No experience necessary. Lisa Leigh, RYT 200, will lead this class, which will be held on Monday, Jan. 1 from 3:00-4:30 p.m.
