Bedrock YOGA will offer “Open & Free Your Shoulders” workshop on Saturday, June 3, from 3:00-5:00 p. m.
This workshop will explore yoga poses that help open tight shoulders. Learn how the correct alignment of shoulders can help you to prevent injuries and make your practice more enjoyable. Open to students who have completed one session of Yoga 1 or the equivalent and are familiar with the basic standing poses. To register, visit bedrockyoga.net/workshops.html.
The class will be led by Patt Wattanasupt (E-RYT 200). Patt began his yoga journey in 2004, out of curiosity and a desire to improve flexibility. He completed his yoga teacher training program at Health Advantage Yoga Center in 2010. He believes in finding balance between strength and flexibility in yoga and wants his students to benefit from both. With his background in engineering, he finds that yoga helps him stay balanced with his work and personal life. When he’s not teaching, he enjoys travel, photography, and staying active.
“Open & Free Your Shoulders” will be held at the bedrock YOGA studio, 9415 Main Street, Manassas, VA 20110, next to Philadelphia Tavern and above Social Butterfly.
