Bedrock YOGA is moving! Starting on January 1, 2017, the studio’s new home will be 9415 Main Street in Manassas, next to Philadelphia Tavern and above Social Butterfly. Director Elizabeth Bailey said, “While our philosophy still focuses on small classes with personal attention to our students, our new space is going to give us more flexibility and greater comfort for our larger classes, and we’ll be able to host workshops in our own space. We’re pretty excited about the move.”
The first class at the new studio is New Year’s Restore and Reset, a restorative yoga class taught by Lisa Leigh, RYT-200. The class will be held on Sunday, January 1, from 3:00-4:30 p.m. To register, click here: squareup.com/store/bedrock-yoga/item/new-year-restore-reset-sun-jan-p-lisa.
