Bell times for school year 2017–18 are posted on the PWCS Transportation Services web page. Bell times have been added for Covington-Harper Elementary School opening this fall.
Generally, high schools will be in session from 7:30 a. m.–2:10 p. m.; middle schools from about 8:10 a. m.–2:50 p. m.; and elementary schools from approximately 9:00 a. m.–3:40 p. m. Many elementary schools open about 8:00 a. m. and dismiss about 2:50 p. m., so please check the schedule for individual schools.
The School Division continues to employ a three-tier system so that the same buses and drivers can be used to transport high school, middle school, and elementary school students in succession.
