Join thousands of area commuters on May 15 for a free celebration of bicycling as a fun, healthy and environmentally-friendly way to get to work.
There are 120 Bike to Work Day pit stops to choose from around the region in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. The first 20,000 to register and attend will receive a free Bike to Work Day T-shirt. All who register can enjoy refreshments and giveaways while supplies last. There’s also a chance to win other great raffle prizes. Pit Stop information is available at biketoworkmetrodc.org.
Bike to Work Day 2020 is an opportunity for commuters to be part of a growing trend of bicycling to work. Commuters will participate in a fun and free event while saving money, reducing traffic congestion, and improving air quality. Commuter Connections is hosting the event in tandem with the Washington Area Bicyclist Association (WABA). A variety of local pit stop organizers provide valuable resources for participants, including bike tune ups, bicycling literature, prizes, beverages, snacks, and more!
