Bonaventure Development closed out 2025 by giving back to the Prince William County community through a series of philanthropic and volunteer efforts focused on families, neighborhoods, and quality of life.
Most recently, Bonaventure team members collected more than 100 toys as part of a Toys for Tots drive supporting children and families in the Coles District. The effort was part of the company’s ongoing commitment to community involvement in the areas where it builds and owns apartment communities.
“At Bonaventure, our vision extends beyond building apartment communities. We strive to create lasting positive impact in the community,” said Chris Cobb, President of Bonaventure Development. “Giving back is part of who we are. Whether through volunteer work, charitable drives, or local partnerships, we aim to strengthen the neighborhoods where we build and own apartment communities.”
The Toys for Tots drive followed several other community-focused initiatives Bonaventure supported in recent months. In October, the company partnered with local organizations for a Trunk-or-Treat event at its River Oaks community, bringing seasonal activities and family-friendly fun to residents in the Woodbridge District. In November, Bonaventure team members also participated in a Route 1 cleanup, helping improve the corridor between River Ridge Boulevard and Neabsco Road.
Company leaders say these efforts reflect Bonaventure’s long-term approach to community investment, emphasizing both housing and neighborhood stewardship.
With more than 25 years of experience, Bonaventure Development is a long-term owner and builder of apartment communities across Virginia. The company’s mission focuses on creating communities that residents love while investing in attainable housing solutions and supporting the neighborhoods they serve.
