On Sunday, Feb. 3, author John Adam Wasowicz will be at the Westgate Plaza Barnes & Noble, 8117 Sudley Road, Manassas, to discuss and sign copies of “Daingerfield Island,” a legal thriller set in Northern Virginia. The story features Elmo Katz, a fictional former prosecutor who defends the suspect accused of murder and, in unraveling the case, discovers a menacing conspiracy to assassinate a foreign diplomat. Wasowicz is a resident of Fairfax County; this is his first book.
