What do Bacon Poutine, a Surf & Turf dinner, and Xango Cheesecake have in common? They’re three of the new items Brew Republic Bierwerks will introduced to its menu this week.

Brew Republic Bierwerks (brewrepublic.beer), a local craft brewery in Woodbridge, has answered the call to “Feed The People” by expanding and revamping its food offerings to match the quality and variety of their brews. The new menu includes, for the first time, a full entrée offering. Click here to check out the full menu.

Minister of the Drinkery (a.k.a. General Manager) Max Mitchell explains, “We are keeping many of our citizens’ favorites, like The Republic Club sandwich, Fish & Chips, and Soft Pretzels & Beer Cheese. But we have been listening to what people want when they come to our taproom and have reworked our menu to provide a wider variety of options for entrees, appetizers, soups & salads, sandwiches, and even dessert. I can’t wait for everyone to come try all of our amazing new dishes!”

The self-described “New Nation of Beer” Ministry of Food has been working hard to develop and test all of the new menu items. “Everything is made with fresh, quality ingredients and I think we have a great assortment of items on the new menu. I love seafood, so the Blackened Salmon and Shrimp Scampi Pasta are my personal favorite,” said Chef Cisse Bazoumana.

Open daily at noon, Brew Republic will continue to offer weekly Taco Tuesdays (three tacos and a beer/wine for $9.99), Wing Wednesdays (50-Cent Wings), and Happy Hour specials Monday to Friday from 3:00 to 7:00 p. m. – among a full list of other daily activities.
