(Prince William County, VA, 01/01/2014)…. Bull Run BookTalkers will discuss The Orphan Master’s Son by Adam Johnson on Tuesday, January 14th at 7:00 p.m. This Pulitzer Prize winning novel set in North Korea tells the story of Jun Do, a government-sanctioned kidnapper. Eventually, he boldly takes on the treacherous role of rival to Dear Leader Kim Jong-Il in an attempt to save the woman he loves. This is a shockingly believable, riveting portrait of a world rife with hunger, corruption, and casual cruelty but also of people with a thirst for love, acceptance, and hope.

Registration for BookTalkers is not required.
