CALL FOR ART: “Patient Zero: An Exhibition” 
ARTfactory is seeking artwork for “Patient Zero”, a juried exhibition inspired by horror, mystery, the macabre, and this year’s Factory of Fear: Outbreak theme. Selected works will be displayed as part of an immersive Halloween experience in the Caton Merchant Gallery.
Entry Deadline: Monday, August 31, 2026 (11:59 p.m.)
Acceptance Notifications: Friday, Sept. 4, 2026
Exhibition Dates: Oct. 3 to Nov. 1, 2026
Artists Reception: Saturday, Oct. 3 | 6 to 8 p.m.
Factory of Fear Integration: Oct. 11 to 24, 2026 (the exhibition becomes part of the haunted house experience)
While pieces inspired directly by this year’s zombie-themed haunted house are encouraged, artists are also invited to explore broader interpretations of darkness and mystery. From eerie landscapes and ghostly portraits to scientific curiosities, dystopian visions, and the undead, we welcome artwork that captivates, unsettles, and tells a story. Learn more.
