Carmello’s is hosting a Cakebread Cellar Wine Dinner, Thurs., Feb. 11. at 7:00 p.m. for $110 inclusive, per person at Carmello’s on Center Street in Manassas, Va. The four-course dinner will feature Cakebread Cellar wines that complement dishes from Carmello’s new winter menu. PWL A special Valentine’s Day dinner is also being served from Fri., Feb. 12 through Sun., Feb. 14 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., to include a rose. For reservations, go to www.carmellos.com.
The Cakebread Cellar wine dinner menu includes: 1st Course Sauvignon Blanc 2014, Oysters Florentina, Stuffed With Spinach, Bacon And Onions; 2nd Course is Chardonnay 2014, Apple & Brie Salad, Hydro Bibb, Grapes, Nut Crusted Brie, Smoked Apple Truffle Vinaigrette; 3rd Course, Cabernet Sauvignon 2012, 90 Points Robert Parker, Bife A Casa, All Natural Local NY Strip Grilled, Sautéed Root Vegetable Hash, Bacon Brussels Sprouts, Maitake Cream Sauce; 4th Course, Merlot 2012, 92 Points Robert Parker, Homemade Blackberry Pie, Fresh Blackberries, Sugar and Vanilla Ice Cream.
The Valentine’s Day Weekend Dinner includes a variety of dishes from Carmello’s menu with prices ranging from $7.50 to $38.00.
