On Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2023, the Prince William Chamber of Commerce presents the Economic Development Breakfast Series, “The Business of Data Centers: Impacts and Opportunities in Prince William County.”
The public is invited to attend the event, which takes place from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Old Hickory Golf Club (11921 Chanceford Dr., Woodbridge). Member tickets may be purchased for $55 and future member tickets may be purchased for $70 on the Chamber’s website.
The Business of Data Centers: Impacts and Opportunities in Prince William County features a panel discussion, moderated by Data Center Coalition President, Josh Levi. Featured panelists include:
- Sarah Georgiades, Regional Community Engagement Manager, AWS
- Kevin Hughes, Vice President, Policy, STACK Infrastructure
- Rohit Kinra, Vice President & Global Head of Hyperscale Implementation & Account Management, Iron Mountain
Panelist Sarah Georgiades leads Amazon Web Service’s InCommunities team for the Americas, which aims to make a positive difference through AWS resources, in the communities where AWS has presence. Kevin Hughes, Vice President of Policy for STACK, joins the panel as an expert in “tech and infrastructure policy, infrastructure strategy, operations, and program management.” Additionally, Rohit Kinra, Vice President & Global Head of Hyperscale Implementation and Account Management at Iron Mountain Data Centers, joins the panel as an expert in the field of data center business.
