Celebrate the holidays with Charles Dickens’ timeless classic, A Christmas Carol.  Rooftop Productions presents this tale of a miserly Ebenezer Scrooge who rejects the Christmas spirit with his declaration of “Bah, Humbug!”  Warned by his long dead former partner Jacob Marley to change his ways, Scrooge is visited by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Christmas Present, and the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come.  Seeing the hopeless future of his employee’s young son, Tiny Tim, Scrooge vows to change these scenes of the future and embrace the Christmas spirit to make a difference in the world.  Bring the entire family to see this captivating and warm-hearted show about charity, generosity, and the human spirit.

A Christmas Carol, directed by Ted Ballard, will be presented at the Center for the Arts on Thanksgiving weekend, Saturday, November 28 at 7pm and Sunday, November 29 at 2pm and then December 4-13 on Fridays at 7pm, Saturdays at 2pm and 7pm, and Sundays at 2pm.  The Center for the Arts is located at 9419 Battle St., Manassas.  Tickets are $18 for general admission and $15 for students or seniors 65+.  Purchase tickets in advance at www.center-for-the-arts.org.   For further information call the Center at 703-330-2787.
