Business Spotlight: Zandra’s
You may have seen the construction underway at Zandra’s in Historic Downtown and wondered what was planned. This local favorite is undergoing a $500,000 renovation and expansion, including a trendy new second-story rooftop bar and lounge.
Once completed in May, the 100-year-old building will boast all new electrical and plumbing systems, two additional bathrooms and a brand new exterior façade. The new 1,200 square foot rooftop bar and lounge will be the City’s first full-service rooftop bar and will accommodate up to 65 guests. This is a welcome addition and sure to become a “hot spot” in downtown, especially as we approach the warmer months.
Such investment during a pandemic underscores the confidence companies like Zandra’s have in Manassas as the best place to do business.

Property Spotlight: 10500 Gateway Blvd.
This is an amazing opportunity to be part of the newest and largest mixed-used development in the City. 10500 Gateway Boulevard is a state-of-the-art 20,000 square foot office building at The Landing at Cannon Branch. The two-story speculative building includes 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail and Class A office on the second floor. According to Buchanan Partners, rents are expected to range from $32-$35 per square foot.
Manassas continues to experience unprecedented growth in technology and advanced manufacturing-based industries. With just over four percent vacancy in the office and retail markets, this new product will allow the City to “get ahead of the game” and potentially land prospects.
The Landing is located in the City’s technology corridor offering easy access to Route 28 and Prince William Parkway. It is adjacent to Manassas Regional Airport and major employers like Micron Technology and is a short drive to Historic Downtown Manassas.
