The Hylton Presents season starts on a hot note featuring the bold and brassy sounds of jazz group The Hot Sardines, Saturday, Sept. 21. The weekend continues with the first Hylton Center EXTRA! performance of the season by the Grammy® Award-winning trio The Gatlin Brothers. They perform on Sept. 22.

The first weekend in October is packed with entertainment. We start with laugh-out-loud live sketch comedy by The Second City Oct. 4. Virtuoso pianist and consummate storyteller Jeffrey Siegel returns in his Keyboard Conversations® series Oct. 5. And, Lightwire Theater Company’s Moon Mouse: A Space Odyssey has two performances Oct. 6.

The concert juxtaposes the classical master with one of today’s most influential composers, Philip Glass. Cellist Matt Haimovitz and pianist Simone Dinnerstein present an innovative program that showcases the two musicians as collaborators and soloists.

Two exciting programs come to the Hylton Center on Tuesday, Oct. 22. That evening, the Hylton Center hosts the Northern Virginia stop of the tour for So You Think You Can Dance Live! 2019. The show features the top ten dancers from Season 16, airing live this summer on FOX TV’s popular show.
