Prince William County Community Services will host “5 Bridges to Wellness” workshops in January 2021. These holistic and practical behavioral wellness workshops are led by New Horizons Behavioral Health and Wellness team members.

Residents of all ages are encouraged to take the first steps on their wellness journey by accepting this invitation to identify and strengthen the five bridges to wellness through bonding, fueling, moving, resting and giving.
This isn’t a prescription—it’s a self-care roadmap that participants customize! The workshop is designed to provide attendees with strategies and tools to incorporate into their daily routines and mindsets to achieve improved balance and harmony in everyday life and relationships with others. Created by Jacob Moore, Founder of NoStigmas Mental Health Nonprofit, this evidence-informed system is the result of two decades of research, clinical opinion, lived expertise and experimentation.
The workshop is provided at no cost, but attendees must register in advance. In addition to this wellness workshop, residents of Prince William County and the Cities of Manassas and Manassas Park can use an exclusive coupon code for a 100% discount when booking services through the 5 Bridges website after attending a Community Services 5 Bridges workshop.
More information about the workshops and registration is available on the Community Services website. Residents can contact Heather Martinsen at 703-792-7739 or with questions.
