Head Coach Monte Evans said, “The Lightning Relay Games has grown to be one of the more competitive and exciting meets of the outdoor track and field season in our area. Teams from across the DMV (DC, Maryland, and Virginia) travel to Prince William County to compete for the Lightning Relay Team Championship. The event also showcases individual running and field events. This year we will host the first 200 Challenge, which will highlight teams entering their top 200-meter athlete to compete for the championship title. We are looking forward to hosting another great event and watching the youth athletes improve their times, have fun and enjoy the sport of track and field.”
