Check out this short documentary on the Crisis Receiving Center (CRC) now under construction in the Occoquan District at the former Gander Mountain site. Hear from the advocates, service partners, and elected officials (including Supervisor Boddye) who joined forces to  bring crisis stabilization and wraparound mental health services to Prince William County. They discuss the needs that spurred this innovative project and the process that allowed it to become a reality.

Construction began on the facility this January. The project started with demolition of the remaining structures from the former Gander Mountain store and is now focused on completion of the water and sewer line installations and framing out distinct areas within the facility. The general contractor has an aggressive schedule and expects to complete construction in 2025.
