It’s Memorial Day Weekend! Celebrate Imagine’s 20th anniversary at Sinistral with a new beer named in honor of Imagine’s Patrick King, live music Friday and Saturday nights in Historic Downtown Manassas, tours of Bristoe Station Battlefield Heritage Park, a Thai street festival, walk the Labyrinth at Trinity Manassas, and hear the 8th Green Machine Regiment Band at the Manassas Battlefield on Memorial Day. Imagine 20th Anniversary

The Imagine 20th Anniversary event will be a testament to Imagine’s enduring legacy and profound impact on the community. Since its inception, Imagine has been a beacon of artistic expression, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. As a long-standing supporter of Imagine, Sinistral Brewing is honored to pay tribute to Patrick King, a visionary leader whose passion and dedication have inspired countless individuals. Sinistral Brewing is proud to announce its participation in the Imagine 20th Anniversary event, commemorating two decades of creativity, innovation, and community support. As part of this milestone celebration, Sinistral Brewing is unveiling a special brew: Imagine Better—The King’s Stout, a Barrel-Aged Russian Stout aged in Buffalo Trace Barrels, dedicated to the memory of Patrick King, Founder of Imagine. Battle Street Live

Summer nights come ALIVE in Historic Downtown Manassas with Battle Street Live, the premier outdoor live music experience where local and national bands perform every Friday and Saturday night May through October. Businesses that are part of Battle Street Live include Carmello’s/MonzaBattle Street Bistro, and Public House Kitchen & Brewery. Bristoe Station Battlefield Heritage Park Tours

Bristoe Station Battlefield staff and volunteers will provide guided tours of this hallowed ground that contains camps, cemeteries, and battlefields. Learn about Camp Jones and the battles that took place in 1862 and 1863. Tours begin at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. and depart from the parking lot on Iron Brigade Unit Avenue. Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Insect repellant is encouraged. No pets please. NVA Thai Street Food & Culture Festival

Spend Sunday enjoying authentic Thai street food on the Manassas Museum Lawn! (If you miss this one, this event will be offered regularly through November.) To pair with these authentic Thai street eats, there will be live music, Thai dance, crafts, and more! Free entry. The Labyrinth at Trinity

The Labyrinth at Trinity Episcopal Church will be and open to the public on Sunday May 26, 2024.  The public is invited to stop by between 5 and 9 p.m. to explore the spiritual journey of the Trinity Labyrinth. There is also an opportunity to know more about the Labyrinth, what it is, and how to use it. 8th Green Machine Regiment Band

On Memorial Day, a very special concert by the 8th Green Machine Regiment Band from George Mason, who will play music loved by soldiers fighting in the Civil War on period instruments. At 2 p.m., there will be a special wreath laying at the Patriot’s Monument on Henry Hill in remembrance of those who fell at the Battles of Bull Run.
