Wilmer Marquez, chef for Carmello’s of Historic Manassas, is ready for Easter
Carmello’s of Historic Manassas, Va. is featuring a family-style Easter Brunch on Sun., Mar. 27 from 10:00 a. m. to 2:30 p. m. The brunch is $30 per person (not inclusive), while kids 10 years old and younger eat free. The brunch will include a variety of eggs, waffles, paella, salads, meats, seafood, potatoes, pizza, biscuits, breads, fruits, desserts, as well as featured entrees. Carmello’s Easter Brunch menu includes an omelet station, waffle station, pizza station, paella pan, Portuguese salad, bruschetta, cheese and meat platter, risotto fritters, crab fritters, calamari, home fries, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, tortellini crema rosa, penne Italiano, chicken marsala, assorted fruit platter, ham, bacon, sausage, croissants, bagels and assorted desserts.
“Easter is a time for family and coming together to celebrate, which is why we offer a family dining experience, where young kids can enjoy and eat free too,” said Alice Pires, owner of Carmello’s of Historic Manassas.
