Embrey Mill, an 831-acre master-planned community located just off I-95 in North Stafford, Virginia, announces its Sweet 16 Celebration for Saturday, April 16 from 1:00 – 5:00 p. m. The April 16 event will introduce two new amenities, the Dogwood Dog Park and Rocky Run Trail, part of 10 miles of trails throughout the community, as well as the introduction of three new model homes from Miller & Smith, Stanley Martin Homes and Lennar, .
