Boxing for Parkinson’s Class

Looking to try something new over the holiday season? Chris Viggiano will be teaching his well-known “Boxing for Parkinson’s” class on Thursday, Dec. 27 from 1:00 – 2:00 p. m. at AIM Human Performance. Chris has been teaching this class for several years and is recognized by the Parkinson’s Foundation of the National Capital Area (PFNCA).
This class is specifically designed for adults with Parkinson’s. The class focuses on improving coordination and balance while building strength and cardiovascular endurance. Students will learn punching sequences, footwork drills, core exercises, and head movement to improve weight shifting. Gloves will be provided but students may wish to bring their own. And, the class is FREE!
