Enjoy a special evening with Byblos owner and executive chef Walid savoring Mediterranean cuisine paired with award winning Lebanese wine. Each dish you savor will be carefully paired with a hand selected award winning wine in a two-ounce tasting pour to enhance your meal.

First Course – Byblos Special Taboule Salad – A mix of chopped parsley, tomatoes, onions and cracked wheat tossed with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.
Paired with Chateau Heritage Viognier/Sauvignon Blanc (Lebanon)
Second Course – Byblos Stuffed Grape Leaves and Haloumi Cheese – Pan seareed Haloumi served with tomatoes, English cucumbers and Lebanese olives.

Third Course Sambusek Meat Pies – Pastery shells filled with Angus beef, diced onions and pine nuts with our special Byblos spices.
