Meditation: A Six-Week Session

An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until April 10, 2019
This six-week course will focus on various methods and ways to meditate. Appropriate for beginners and experienced alike. Each session will include some light movement, breath awareness and an introduction to a new meditation style.
