Public Safety Forum
September 21 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The Woodbridge Potomac Communities Civic Association (“WPCCA”) will hold a Woodbridge Public Safety Forum on Thursday, September 21st, at 7:00 PM.
This important community event welcomes elected leaders and public officials for an important panel discussion on public safety. Panelists include Woodbridge Supervisor Margaret Franklin, Chief of Police Col. Peter Newsham, Chief Deputy Sheriff Maj. Terry Fearnley, Commonwealth’s Attorney Amy Ashworth, and Prince William County’s new Director of Community Safety, Wesley Dawson.
The discussion will be moderated and will feature questions from WPCCA members and members of the public. To submit a question for the panel, please visit wpcca.org/forum.
“WPCCA is thrilled to organize and host this forum,” said WPCCA Chair Brian Landrum. “This is a topic of considerable public interest, and I believe we’ve done that justice by offering an opportunity for residents to have their questions asked and answered, and by bringing together a panel that is equipped to discuss every aspect of crime prevention and public safety in Woodbridge.”
The event, which is free and open to all members of the public, will take place at Woodbridge Middle School, located at 2201 York Drive, Woodbridge, VA 22191. Those who are interested in attending are kindly requested to RSVP via Eventbrite.
