Qigong Class for Beginners

Empower yourself by learning to cultivate your Qi (energy) using self-healing movements, breathing & posture techniques of Qigong. Relax your body, quiet your mind and uplift your spirit. Qigong is an ancient Chinese wellness practice that combines gentle meditative movements with breath regulation and visualization techniques. Qigong, suitable for all fitness levels, has been shown to improve sleep quality, lower blood pressure, improve balance and overall health. This introductory class will teach fundamental movements and breathing techniques. We will explore various protocols such as “The Nine Gates,” “Three Hearts” and others. Through the use of these Qigong practices, one can harmonize, strengthen and improve the functions of internal organs and bodily systems. For Teens and Adults.

Tuition: $56 Register by Oct, 19 for 10% tuition discount for non-members and a 25% tuition discount for members.
