Special Valentine’s Day Dinner

The Marine Corps Heritage Foundation is offering a unique Valentine’s Day dining experience at Tun Tavern. This five-course culinary journey allows visitors to witness the rarely seen aspect of the Museum after hours. Highlights of the night include the Apricot Pork Belly and the decadent Almond, Raspberry, White Chocolate Lady Finger Dessert. For those looking to elevate their night, there is a carefully curated, paired wine experience with a sommelier, who will guide visitors through the wine pairings for each course.

Tickets can be purchased online for $70 per person with the additional wine experience costing $30 per person. Gratuity is included in the price. Cocktail attire suggested. Guests participating in the wine pairing must be 21+ with valid ID.

Menu:

  • First Course: Chef’s Amuse-bouche and Champagne
  • Second Course: Chilled Lobster Salad with Frisée, Baby Arugula, Mango, Chervil, Red Onion, & Citrus
  • Third Course: Apricot Pork Belly with Sweet Potato, Walnuts, Brussel Sprouts, & Peppers
  • Fourth Course: Beef Striploin with Fingerling Potato, Roasted Garlic, Herbs, & Beef Sauce
  • Fifth Course: Almond, Raspberry, White Chocolate Lady Finger Desserts
  • Each meal is accompanied by non-alcoholic beverages including soda, iced tea and lemonade.
