Virtual Baby Shower

Optima Health is collaborating with Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center to celebrate with pregnant moms! From the comfort of your home, come to a free virtual baby shower! The shower will consist of a stroller raffle, educational materials, a virtual tour of the Labor & Delivery Unit at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center and a question and answer session.
