Facilities and Fleet Management Recognized by Mid-Atlantic American Public Works Association

Prince William County Facilities and Fleet Management has been recognized by the Mid-Atlantic American Public Works Association (APWA) for several projects completed.  Here is the list of projects:

  • Central Community Library – 2022 APWA Mid-Atlantic Chapter’s Project of the Year Award for the category of Structures Less than $5 Million (Managed by Property Management’s Nandita Mukherjee and assisted by Buildings & Grounds Courthouse Hub)
  • 911 Emergency Call Center Alteration – 2022 APWA Mid-Atlantic Chapter’s Honorable Mention for the category of Structures Less than $5 Million (Managed by Property Management’s Mike Gibbs and Linda Winslow)
  • Fire & Rescue Station #22 – 2022 APWA Mid-Atlantic Chapter’s Honorable Mention for the category of Structures $5 – $25 Million (Managed by FCM’s Karen Fitzgibbon and Todd Barton)
  • Adult Detention Center Expansion Phase II – 2022 APWA Mid-Atlantic Chapter’s Honorable Mention for the category of Structures $25 Million – $75 Million (Managed by FCM’s Karen Fitzgibbon, Chris Phillips, and Ralph George)
