Before it was a bustling four-story factory, this ominous building was once home to a Manassas hotel. See it as it was, or rather, how it could be now as it is transformed into an eerie, Haunted Experience.

Factory of Fear Art Exhibit: What The Walls Remember
In addition to the walkthrough, the ARTfactory will present the Factory of Fear Group Art Exhibit, “What the Walls Remember”, curated by Gallery Director Jordan Exum. Featuring works from approximately 60 artists in the DMV region, the exhibit runs Oct. 11 to Nov. 8, 2025, in the Caton Merchant Family Gallery. A free Artist Reception to accompany the exhibit will be held on Saturday, Oct. 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. and will feature Factory of Fear costumed actors who will intensify the eerie ambiance of the event.
