Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst. U.S. Remote – The FP&A aggregates the corporate annual budget and quarterly forecasts and relates financial performance to executives and the Board. The right person in this position will summarize overall performance and trends and works closely with Program Finance to drill down into the details to identify and summarize trends, risks, and opportunities. They will also be responsible for managing Octo’s indirect rates, financial reporting, financial support to our corporate departments, and facilitating business analytics using PowerBI. Program Finance Analyst, U.S. Remote – The Program Finance Analyst partners with our Business Unit Lines and Project Managers (PMs) to help them achieve their financial goals. The right person will support PMs through Octo’s monthly financial cadence by helping them update their program forecasts, analyze actual performance versus budget and quarterly forecasts, characterize risks and opportunities, and improve efficiency and profitability.
