The inaugural June Bloom Market will debut on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Virginia Gateway Shopping Center. This free, open-to-the-public event will highlight a curated collection of Virginia-based creatives and artisans, offering a vibrant shopping experience that celebrates craftsmanship and local talent.
The June Bloom Market will feature a thoughtfully selected mix of vendors specializing in fine art, art prints, pottery and ceramics, jewelry, textiles, and specialty food items such as honey and handcrafted candies.
“June Bloom Market is all about showcasing the incredible creativity found across Virginia,” said organizer Cara Dickens. “We’re creating a space where artists and makers can connect directly with the community in a meaningful, high-quality setting.”
In addition to shopping, attendees will enjoy live music, and the event will include a family friendly Kid Zone, offering hands-on activities and creative play designed to engage younger guests—making it a fun, all-ages experience for the community.
Admission to the event is free, and attendees are encouraged to explore the diverse offerings, meet local makers, and support small businesses. A limited number of vendor spaces are still available for qualified artisans and specialty food vendors interested in participating.
