Girls on the Run of NOVA (GOTR NOVA) announced today that it has appointed DeVeta Webb as Program Director effective Jan. 11, 2022.

“We are thrilled to have DeVeta join our team,” said Caroline Diemar, GOTR NOVA’s Executive Director. “Her passion for inspiring others and proven track record in youth programming and special events management will be a great asset to our team as we build back from COVID smarter and stronger.”

DeVeta joins GOTR NOVA after years of successful program management at athletic venues, including the YMCA. She has mentored numerous graduate students and interns to be strong, confident leaders, just as we do with our program participants. Her passion for empowering young girls coupled with her ability to think “big picture” are critical skills that will help advance GOTR NOVA’s mission to increase access to underserved populations, so ALL girls throughout Northern Virginia can participate in the transformational program. DeVeta earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport & Fitness Management with a minor in Business Administration from Troy University.
