Get ready to hand-jive because Grease is coming to Manassas! ARTfactory’s Pied Piper Theatre proudly presents Grease the Musical, running Jan. 16 to 25, 2026 at Hylton Performing Arts Center.
Since it first appeared on the Broadway stage in 1972, Grease has become a cultural phenomenon—capturing the energy, humor, and heart of teenage life in the era of drive-ins and doo-wop. The 1978 film adaptation starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John cemented the legendary status, inspiring generations to sing along and dance in their seats to classic hits like “Summer Nights,” “Greased Lightnin’,” and “You’re the One That I Want.” This beloved musical celebrates friendship, first love, and the rockin’ spirit of the 1950s.
Audiences of all ages will tap their toes, laugh out loud, and cheer for Danny, Sandy, and the whole gang as they navigate the ups and downs of high school life with style, humor, and plenty of attitude. Whether you’re reliving the nostalgia or experiencing the magic for the first time, Grease will have you grinning from ear to ear.
